Sophia Rojenko

Sophia is a project manager and capital planning specialist who has been practicing since 2017. Sophia’s professional experience includes preparing reserve fund studies and performance audits for condominiums, and preparing capital plans for commercial, industrial, and multi-residential properties. Sophia has a particular interest in helping condominiums get on the path to financial success so they can be effective and vibrant communities. In the office, Sophia is rapidly becoming a go-to resource for anything related to condominiums – interpreting declarations and reciprocal agreements, understanding description drawings, and other condo-specific matters.

Sophia is an active volunteer for the Canadian Condominium Institute – Toronto and Area Chapter (CCI-T), where she serves as a member of the Board, as well as various committees within CCI-T including the Education Committee, the Marketing Committee, the Social Media Sub-Committee, the Insurance Sub-Committee and the Database and Website Committee. Sophia has been asked to speak on several occasions with respect to her condominium expertise and has published several articles in industry magazines.

Sophia’s interests include all things fashion and spending time with family, friends, and her dog, Peanut.
