Adam is a project manager and building restoration specialist who has been practicing since 2017. Adam has extensive experience with restoration of cladding, roofing, balconies, parking garages, and site works. His role includes evaluations, development of design specifications, tendering and completing construction review and contract administration. Adam has particular expertise in the field of roofing renewal and repair having been involved in or managed over 50 roofing evaluations and renewal projects during his time with Synergy. Adam also received his RRO (Registered Roof Observer) designation in 2022 through IIBEC. Adam strives to build strong relationships with clients through clear communication, to clearly understand his client’s goals and to deliver consistent and reliable professional advice.
Adam volunteers as a member of the IIBEC education committee (Southern Ontario Chapter) working to provide continuing education courses and seminars targeted at design professionals. Adam also leads Synergy’s Technology and Equipment Innovation team working to ensure Synergy remains on the cutting edge of available technologies and services we offer to our clients.
Outside of work, Adam enjoys woodworking, playing guitar, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
