Saad is a project manager and capital planning specialist with over five years of experience.
A driven individual, he joined Synergy in 2019 and quickly made his mark by working on multiple high-profile real estate transactions. Saad prides himself on using his diverse skillset to bring a fresh perspective to building engineering and capital planning problems, providing clear, practical advice to his clients.
Internally at Synergy, Saad has developed multiple training modules, led numerous marketing initiatives, and helped improve key processes.
Saad is an active member of NAIOP as a Developing Leader for the GTA Chapter.
Outside of work, Saad enjoys travelling, skiing, and photography.
