Stewart is a capital planning specialist and senior project manager with many years of experience in engineering and the buildings industry. His focus is on capital planning for all types of buildings including property condition assessments for commercial, industrial, and multi-res properties and reserve fund studies and performance audits for condominium properties. Stewart has managed capital planning projects of all types from small townhouse sites to large high-rise condos and complex office buildings and shopping centers. He values the relationships he establishes with clients and strives to deliver valuable capital planning advice. Stewart is a critical thinker and enjoys challenging the status quo with respect to building repairs and renewals.
Stewart’s personal interests include reading, travelling, cheering on the Raptors, and spending time with his family and friends.
