Robin Klem

P.Eng., Restoration Business Manager

Robin is our Restoration Business Manager and is a building restoration specialist and serves on Synergy’s management committee. He has many years of engineering and project management experience, evaluating, designing and performing construction review and contract administration projects related to building enclosures, windows and doors, roofs, structural repairs to balconies and parking garage structures, and site works. Robin has a reputation for pragmatic engineering solutions with a client-focused approach. He enjoys being involved in a dynamic industry where he can produce meaningful work that benefits all parties. Robin is an active participant in several industry associations, especially the condominium industry with involvement in both ACMO and CCI organizations.

Outside of work, Robin enjoys spending time with his family, remaining active by managing and playing soccer for a men’s team in Mississauga, running, and exploring local food and drinks.
