Pete is a capital planning specialist with more than three decades of experience evaluating buildings and advising owners/managers on budgeting for future capital repairs. Pete has a passion for working on fast-paced, complex due diligence projects having worked on numerous high-profile property transactions. Clients trust Pete to develop reliable capital forecasts within tight due diligence timeframes.

At Synergy Pete is known by the rest of the team as a go-to resource for junior team members seeking guidance. His willingness to support and mentor the next generation of engineers, combined with his deep industry experience with both capital planning and building restoration and his knowledge of how buildings deteriorate and are repaired provide the rest of the team with ample opportunity for continuous learning and professional growth.

Pete enjoys skiing and generally all things outdoors and if he’s not working in the office or on a project site, can likely be found travelling with his family to his cottage in Quebec or other destinations across the country.
