Michelle joined Synergy Partners in 2020 and has played a pivotal role in supporting the company’s growth. As Human Resources Manager, she collaborates closely with the leadership team to cultivate a dynamic and inclusive workplace culture.
With over 15 years of experience in human resources, Michelle is committed to building strong relationships across the organization with her approachable leadership style and strategic insight.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time at the cottage, making memories with her friends and family, and keeping busy as a dance and hockey mom.
