Steven is a project manager and capital planning specialist with over 12 years’ experience in the building industry.
He is involved in various advisory projects, including property condition assessments, preparation of reserve fund studies and performance audits of new condominium buildings.
Steven works hard to establish strong relationships with clients and to meet their specific requirements. He strives to provide quality work to clients, to meet and exceed client expectations.
Outside of work, Steven enjoys travelling, cheering on the Raptors and spending time with his young family.
