Matthew Gelowitz

B.Arch.Sci., M.A.Sc., Project Manager, Shareholder

Matthew is a project manager, building restoration and enclosure specialist with many years of experience in the building industry. He has extensive experience providing evaluation, design, and review services for existing building envelopes including enclosures, roofs, windows and doors, site works, as well as enclosure design review and commissioning services for new construction. Matthew is driven to strengthen client relationships with exceptional professional service by delivering successful and enduring project outcomes. Prior to joining Synergy, his project work included pioneering research in the manufactured and prefabricated housing industry in the USA. He is involved in several industry organizations and is a Director on the Ontario Building Envelope Council.

Outside of work, Matthew enjoys hockey, photography, and spending time with his young family.
