Adam Balicki

M.B.Sc, P.Eng, Project Manager, Shareholder

Adam is a building restoration and enclosure specialist and project manager with many years of experience in the building industry. Adam’s project experience includes detailed building component and system-wide evaluations and testing and restoration of building enclosure systems including walls, windows, and roofs, and structural systems including balconies and parking garages. He also provides design and construction review of enclosure systems for new construction. Prior to joining Synergy his project work included work on performance audits and reserve fund studies. Adam believes in effective communication to ensure client needs are met and that the quality of services provided should always be the utmost priority. Since joining Synergy Adam has proven to be an invaluable resource to the rest of the team and clients and has supported the team’s overall growth.

Outside of work Adam enjoys gardening, home renovations, playing soccer, rooting for TFC, and spending time with family and friends.
