Blair Gamracy

B.Arch.Sci., Restoration Team Manager

Blair is our Restoration Team Manager and is a building restoration and enclosure specialist. He serves on Synergy’s management committee and has more than 16 years of experience in new construction, building renewal, and enclosure design. Blair has managed all types of restoration projects including building enclosure repairs and renewal, window retrofits and replacements, roof replacements, structural repairs for balconies and parking garage structures, and enclosure design for new construction. Blair believes that every project is a team effort and strives to ensure that every member contributes to deliver the best possible service through meeting client needs and expectations. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Sealant and Waterproofing Association and has authored articles and delivered presentations dealing with building repair and renewal. He has also served as a guest lecturer for the University of Toronto Continuing Studies / OBEC Building Envelope Materials course from 2012 to 2014.

Outside of work, Blair enjoys spending time with his family and playing hockey for a men’s team in Etobicoke. Blair also enjoys supporting TFC, cooking and completing home renovations.
