Sam Evangelista

P.Eng, Managing Principal

Sam is a building restoration specialist. He has more than three decades of experience evaluating and designing repairs for building structural and cladding systems. Sam has a reputation for providing successful, cost-effective solutions that are tailored to suit clients’ individual requirements. Coupled with his technical expertise, Sam relies on his past experience to build on our talented, dedicated and respected team here at Synergy. Sam is also a past president of the Building and Concrete Restoration Association of Ontario.

Within Synergy and the building restoration industry at large, Sam is especially well-known for his technical knowledge base in structural repairs and waterproofing systems. Sam’s approach to managing projects and maintaining long-lasting client relationships provides a model example for the next generation of Synergy employees to learn from and his mentoring of less experienced team members means the future of the Synergy team remains bright for years to come.

Sam enjoys working on his golf game as much as weather permits, travelling, and spending time with his family.
