PROJECT MANAGER, ADVISORY SERVICES – FULL-TIME POSITION

THE OPPORTUNITY
You will:
- Manage project teams for property condition assessments and reserve fund studies by delegating tasks, training junior team members, and controlling costs and schedules.
- Develop client relationships by understanding client needs and embodying Our Commitment, ensuring client satisfaction and driving return business.
- Contribute to ongoing business development efforts by delivering high quality projects, attending industry events, and leveraging your professional network.
- Communicate information concisely and effectively to clients and team members.
You have:
- 5 years of relevant industry experience.
- A degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Architectural Engineering).
- P.Eng designation or working towards it.
- General knowledge of all building systems including structural, envelope, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems (ongoing training provided).
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent organization and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting revenue targets.
We will provide:
- Competitive salary of $88,000 to $110,000 annually plus profit sharing

This role does require a driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
