Naj Jivaji

Naj is a project management and building restoration specialist. He has over three decades of engineering and project management experience. Naj drives to achieve success for his clients by developing the strong relationships required to understand their business needs. He then sets a plan to meet those needs quickly and efficiently. Naj is never afraid to ‘go-to-bat’ for his clients, believing that he has been trusted with their interests. This commitment combined with project management experience and friendly personality has resulted in many long-term relationships and successful projects. Naj looks forward to help build the Synergy reputation for great client service.

Naj is an invaluable technical and project management resource for his clients and the Synergy team. His area of technical expertise is structural repairs and waterproofing systems, however is involved on a wide variety of building restoration projects. At Synergy, Naj is known as an excellent team builder and sets an example to junior team members for managing projects to meet client expectations and building lasting relationships with all stakeholders.

In his spare time Naj enjoys reading, camping, playing squash and golf, travelling, and spending time with his family.
